Job Title: Planner – Pharmaceutical Industry

Location: Sparta, New Jersey (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production and material plans to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of pharmaceutical products
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehousing to prevent shortages or overstock
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain
• Analyze forecasts and demand trends to adjust plans accordingly
• Track progress and adjust schedules based on capacity, material availability, or production issues
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA regulations, and internal quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, or supply chain within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Knowledge of production planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/MRP systems)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• APICS/CPIM certification
• Familiarity with FDA/GMP compliance requirements
