We’re a incredible private dental practice looking for a non-dental operational guru to help our team thrive. You’ll be the go-to for everything behind the scenes — from HR and finance to scheduling and internal comms. No dental experience needed — we’ll teach you that. But you must love details, ownership, and being a part of a loving team!

• No dental experience required. In fact, it’s a plus — we don’t want someone indoctrinated into broken systems.
• Reliable & detail-oriented: Obsessed with crossing t’s and dotting i’s. They finish what they start.
• Self-starter: Doesn't need hand-holding or babysitting. Thinks proactively and anticipates what’s next.
• Professional, yet fun: Can share memes in Slack at 9 AM and professionally mediate conflict by 10.
• Communicative: Sets boundaries, has tough conversations when needed, and does it all with tact.
• System-builder: SOP-obsessed and loves making order from chaos.

• Run the business operations playbook — HR, 401k admin, coordination with bookkeeper and payroll submission, benefits maintenance.
• Daily Collections Oversight — ensure AR is clean, KPIs are tracked, and reports are interpreted and submitted.
• Inbox CEO — manages and triages your email inbox, prioritizing what's truly mission-critical.
• Internal Comms Captain — coordinates monthly team meetings, manages calendar, leads weekly huddles.
• Staff Management — conducts 1:1s, supports employee development, holds team accountable.
• Liaison to Bookkeeper — ensures all financials and payroll details are sent over on time.
• Project Manager — oversees strategic initiatives, from marketing launches to office renovations.

This role is essentially the Integrator in Gino Wickman’s EOS model (see Traction ). You are the Visionary . You think in big-picture moves; they handle the follow-through, execution, and operations.
